What To Expect When We Arrive
After a quick tour of the areas we’re cleaning and being shown any areas of concern. We will start by pre vacuuming to remove as much dry soil as possible. Next we will pretreat all areas that need to be cleaned. Finally we rinse the areas via hot water extraction (stream cleaning).
If there’s pets in the home, we ask that they be put up before we arrive.
We are happy to move small furniture upon request, such as coffee tables and end tables. We do ask that all items be removed from that piece before we arrive.
All of our basic cleaning agents are pet, child and eco friendly.
You can walk on your carpets right away, but avoid walking on them with your bare feet. When walking on freshly cleaned carpets, oils from your feet will bond with carpet fibers.
Please do not remove blocks or plastic from furniture feet for 24 hours.
